mystery! i have seen a photo of that sculpture before, and i am PRETTY SURE it's not of brittany, and was not created for the purpose that is being reported. which leads me to believe reports are a bit of a scam! unfortunately, i don't have any evidence to back that up right now. but i am going to look into it.
